Brain Awakes is developmentally appropriate for children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. Even though the target audience is young children, many adults and older siblings find empowerment in the practices.

Yes! Each activity should take less than five minutes with your children; however, the reflection section will often provoke collaboration and curiosity past the five minute mark.

Between you and your child, you should be able to accomplish almost every actvitiy found in Brain Awakes. There are a couple of activities that encourage group collaboration of 4, but these can be easily adapted without losing the social-emotional growth.
